How have you been sleeping lately?
Over the past year and talking at lunch at the studio and with friends we’ve learned that a good night’s sleep isn’t as simple as it seems so we decided to do something about it.

As storytellers we love to use ‘our power’ for good and to shine some light on things that truly interest us and seeing as this is such an universal problem and informed by the mind-blowing book ‘Why We Sleep’ by Mathew Walker we created an educational five-episode series to share some tips for a healthier night’s sleep.

Time to step away from the bad influences! Have you ever seen a cigarette smoking? (And coughing?), a hyper-caffeinated cup of coffee? What about a tipsy bottle of beer? It’s very easy to be tempted by any but we’re learning they mess up with our rest.

Sleep like a Broccoli!

It’s always good to avoid large meals and beverages late at night. A light snack is okay, but a large meal can cause indigestion, which interferes with sleep. Also drinking too many fluids at night can cause frequent awakenings to go well…pee.
